Human Resource Manager
Fielding Law, APC is seeking a motivated and organized professional to join our People & Culture team. This role is responsible for supporting key areas of HR, recruiting, and firm culture to help create a positive and engaging employee experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing onboarding and offboarding
- Running payroll and handling employee benefits (health, dental, vision, 401k)
- Leading all hiring and recruitment efforts
- Supporting performance reviews and employee check-ins
- Coordinating firm events, celebrations, and office culture initiatives
- Collaborating with leadership to support department needs
- Assisting with operations and staffing support for our affiliated StretchLab studio
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of HR or People Operations experience preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
