Case Manager- Personal Injury, Full-Time, In-Office
We are a busy and well-established plaintiff personal injury law firm looking for a full-time Case Manager to join our team! We offer a great work environment, opportunities for growth, and a position you can build into a long-term career.
You will work directly with our attorneys, litigation secretaries, and clients — helping move cases forward from intake through litigation. We are happy to train the right candidate, so if you are organized, reliable, eager to learn, and love helping people, we encourage you to apply!
What You’ll Do:
- Open new client files and handle initial paperwork
- Communicate with insurance companies and medical providers
- Build strong relationships with clients and guide them through their case
- Coordinate medical treatment and keep records and billing up to date
- Draft demand letters and assemble supporting documents
- Help prepare discovery responses with clients
- Manage case deadlines and keep cases on track
- Create deposition binders and assist with litigation prep
- Draft mediation briefs and compile exhibits
- Provide support to attorneys and litigation staff as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication skills — both written and verbal
- Great customer service — you enjoy helping people through stressful situations
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel), Adobe Acrobat
- Bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred
- Legal or medical office experience is a plus — but we will train the right person
