Associate Personnel Analyst | ECOS Consultant

Under the general direction of the Staff Services Manager I, the Associate Personnel Analyst is responsible for provides consultation and technical assistance to state departments for the ECOS Consultation Unit. Duties include, but are not limited to, the following: examination consultation and technical assistance, policy guidance, and interpretation of SPB selection laws, rules and regulations; provides examination information; and responds to questions from State Department selection staff, State employees, candidates seeking State employment and the general public.
