Sales and Marketing Assistant

We’re looking for a resourceful Sales and Marketing Assistant to help drive pipeline growth and support day-to-day sales operations. You’ll play a key role in helping prospects move from interest to demo, assist with outreach and follow-up, and contribute to the creation of marketing content that resonates with operations leaders.

This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in B2B sales, develop strong customer relationship skills, and learn the intricacies of our ERP solutions. With your hard work and dedication, you'll be well-positioned to grow into a Sales Representative role, managing your territory and building a successful client base. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who’s organized, proactive, and eager to understand and learn how SaaS sales and marketing work together in a practical B2B environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support:

Qualify inbound leads and assist in initial outreach

Follow up with leads via email and phone to book demos

Maintain and update CRM with lead activity, notes, and status

Support proposal creation and quote follow-up

Track sales performance metrics and weekly pipeline activity

Help research target accounts, decision makers, and buying signals

Assist with competitor tracking and objection-handling materials

Marketing Coordination:

Create and assist in the creation of marketing content, including email copy, one-pagers, blog outlines, and case studies

Prepare and launch email campaigns, nurture flows, and webinars

Coordinate updates to third-party listings (G2, Capterra, etc.)

Help ensure marketing content aligns with sales messaging and customer needs

Monitor campaign performance and support optimization

Assist in planning tradeshows, events, and virtual demos

Qualifications:

1–2 years in a sales assistant, SDR, or marketing support role

Strong writing and communication skills, especially for email and content

Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)

Detail-oriented, organized, and self-directed

Comfortable working across departments in a small, agile team

B2B SaaS or ERP industry experience is a plus

Bonus: Comfortable writing for manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain audiences

Spanish speaking and writing are a plus.

This is a 100% in-office position in Irvine.

Pay: $18 to $21 per hour plus Commission and Bonus
