Account Coordinator (entry level)

Summary:
We’re looking for a driven and creative individual to join our team as an Account Coordinator (entry level). In this role, you’ll provide full support to our Account Management team by fielding client inquiries, coordinating with vendors, tracking product timelines to ensure on-time delivery, and keeping Account Managers updated on project status. You’ll work closely with our sales team and our amazing clients, thriving in a fast-paced environment where multitasking is key. Responsibilities:

  • Supports Account Managers and Program Coordinators.
  • Acts as point of contact for and develops strong partnerships with vendors and clients.
  • Manages logistics, shipping information and tracking.
  • Processes any returned product in collaboration with Shipping & Customer Logistics and Receiving teams.
  • Receives and responds to routine Client inquiries, maintains documentation of
    communications, existing issues, and issue resolutions, referring complex inquiries to Account Manager/Director.
  • Effectively moves all projects forward at pace for on time completion, consecutively meets the flow requirement for all new incoming leads.
  • Reviewing pricing, grammar, proofs on proposals prior to submitting to clients and
    facilitating approvals.
  • Coordinates the client’s review and approval of proofs
  • Oversees the order process and works with the Operations team to facilitate order
    fulfillment.
  • Maintains an accurate and updated database of client information.
  • Tracks all pertinent inventory, project details and deliverables
  • Follows all CRM protocols to ensure accurate order information, details, status and activity.
  • Occasional gift assembly or special projects as assigned.
  • Performs other responsibilities and duties as needed

Preferred Qualifications:
 

  • Bachelor's Degree (BA) from four-year college or university
  • Proficient in MS Office & G-Suite

Physical Demands and Work Environment:
