Location: San Francisco Bay Area (Hybrid: Remote + Occasional In-person)
Type: Full-Time Internship (3 months) with conversion to Full-Time Employment

We are a fast-growing startup in SaaS / eCommerce / AI-driven products. Our mission is to help eCommerce brands and shippers grow their business profitably by enabling them to provide best possible delivery and shipping experience to their customers. We are now looking for a proactive, personable, and driven Executive Assistant to directly support the CEO in scaling the company’s growth.
This role goes far beyond traditional assistant responsibilities—you will be a right-hand partner in outreach, relationship-building, PR, and operational excellence. If you thrive in high-growth environments and love taking ownership, this is your chance to grow with us.
Responsibilities
Executive Support: Manage the CEO’s inbox, calendar, scheduling, and follow-ups.
Business Development:
Cold call, email, and reach out to prospective clients via LinkedIn/email to book at least 10 qualified meetings per month.
Assist with nurturing client relationships and occasionally join virtual or in-person meetings.
Public Relations: Secure at least 2 PR/media coverages per month related to our industry (collaborating with journalists, blogs, podcasts, and publications).
Outreach Campaigns: Execute LinkedIn and email campaigns targeting decision-makers, tailoring messages to increase response rates.
Confidentiality: Handle sensitive business and personal information with the utmost discretion.
Project Support: Assist CEO in day-to-day strategic initiatives to help 10x company growth.
Ideal Candidate
Personality: Warm, approachable, professional, and confident—especially in cold outreach.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Proactive: Self-starter, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities without micromanagement.
Comfortable with Outreach: No hesitation in cold calling or messaging senior executives.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with LinkedIn, email tools, CRMs, and productivity apps.
Ambitious: Wants to grow into a long-term leadership-support role.
Qualifications
Based in the San Francisco Bay Area (occasional in-person work required).
Bachelor’s degree (or pursuing) in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Prior experience in sales, business development, PR, or executive support is a plus.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Compensation & Growth
Paid full-time internship (3 months).
Opportunity to convert into a full-time Executive Assistant with performance-based bonuses and growth opportunities.
