At PwC, our Tax JD professionals use their legal training to help clients navigate complex tax laws, structure business transactions, and make strategic decisions. In this dynamic advisory role, you'll apply legal analysis in a fast-paced, business-focused environment.

During your internship you’ll support tax teams and participate in projects, focusing on learning and gaining exposure to PwC's practices. As an Intern/Trainee you perform basic tasks and conduct research while observing professional work environments and learning about developing your personal brand. 

You’ll have the chance to work on a variety of assignments, each presenting varying challenges and scope, and you are encouraged to ask questions, take initiative, and produce quality work that adds significance for our clients and contributes to our team’s success.

  • We’re seeking candidates who plan to graduate with their Juris Doctorate (JD) by May 2027 for our Summer 2026 Intern opportunity!

  • Our summer internships run from June – August and require full-time availability during standard business hours Monday through Friday.
  • For the majority of entry-level roles at PwC, job seekers are required to complete an assessment to be considered for the role. After you submit an application for an entry-level position, you should expect to receive the assessment via email within a few hours.
