[2026] Associate Product Designer, Early Career
As an Associate Product Designer (APD), you will participate in a 21-month rotational program designed to give you hands-on experience and direct mentorship from some of the best product designers in the industry. You will have the opportunity to build a versatile portfolio and solve complex, real-world user problems with cross-functional partners within engineering and product management, creating meaningful products and features that directly impact more than 111 million users every day.
You Will:
- Learn and apply design systems, prototyping tools, and accessibility best practices across projects
- Develop a deep understanding of user needs, behaviors, and motivations to inform design decisions
- Dive into understanding our business and the user/creator ecosystem
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions
- Advocate for solving user problems, maintaining a high bar for quality and consistency throughout the design process
- Receive ongoing mentorship, feedback, and professional development opportunities to grow as a product designer
You Are:
- In possession of or will possess an undergraduate/graduate degree in Design (i.e., UX/UI, Interaction, Motion, Graphics, Typography, Web, or Product) or a related field
- Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud
- Excited about designing features, creating prototypes, conducting competitive analysis, user research, and solving business problems through design
- Curious about how people work with technology and why they use it the way they do
- Aesthetically inclined and value the design of everything around you, from software to hardware, from architecture to art
- Empathetically inclined and driven to understand people's needs and motivations, seeing their value as essential to the design process
