The Office of AIDS (OA) is a division within the California Department of Public Health, Center for Infectious Diseases. The AIDS Drug Assistance Program (ADAP) Branch, within OA, helps ensure that people living with HIV/AIDS who are uninsured and under insured have access to medication on ADAP’s formulary. Insurance premium payment programs within the ADAP Branch provide assistance designed to ensure access to medical care and treatment for people living with HIV/AIDS.

Desirable Qualifications
In addition to evaluating each candidate's relative ability, as demonstrated by quality and breadth of experience, the following factors will provide the basis for competitively evaluating each candidate:
-Experience in health program administration.
-Experience in fiscal oversight, invoice processing, and reconciliation.
-Experience with pharmaceutical rebate reconciliation.
-Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities under tight deadlines.
-Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
