The Money team’s mission is to build the next generation of banking and spending products for all Americans. As a Strategy & Operations Intern, you’ll play a key role in supporting existing business lines while identifying and shaping future product opportunities. You’ll work closely with Engineering, Product, Finance, and Legal to drive initiatives forward and create value through data, partnerships, and innovative thinking.
This role is based in our New York, NY or Menlo Park, CA office, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.

What you’ll do
- Help explore and evaluate new business opportunities for Robinhood’s Money team
- Support onboarding and integration of new strategic partners across internal teams including Engineering, Finance, Legal, and Product
- Contribute to monthly vendor cost management and develop reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Identify and execute strategic initiatives with partners to drive operational efficiency and business growth
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to help inform product strategy and business decisions
What you bring
- Currently enrolled in a full-time undergraduate degree program in Business, Finance, Data Analysis, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and/or SQL
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to build strong relationships across internal and external teams
- Ability to manage ambiguity, prioritize tasks effectively, and deliver on multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Interest in financial technology, strategic partnerships, and working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected hourly range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. For other locations not listed, compensation can be discussed with your recruiter during the interview process.
