Sales Intern (Live-Stream Host)

At Bella's Bargain Outlet, our Online Sales Interns are the voice and face of our brand during live-stream sessions. You’ll learn how to present products, interact with customers in real time, and support our sales and marketing goals through engaging communication.

We offer a structured training program and a proven live-stream system, so you’ll be guided step-by-step by experienced mentors. High-performing interns may also have the opportunity to transition into longer-term roles after the internship.

You’ll be part of a team that values creativity, accountability, and genuine collaboration — we take our work seriously but still keep it fun. (Bonus points if you’re a cat lover — our warehouse mascot is an adorable rescue.)


Note: This is an onsite, paid internship that requires a reliable commute to our Hayward, CA 94544 office. Qualified interns will be considered for full-time employment after the program.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Host or co-host live-stream sessions to introduce and demonstrate products
  • Engage with customers in real time and create a welcoming, interactive experience
  • Support product setup, pricing, and basic sales tracking
  • Collaborate with operations and marketing teams before and after each live session

 

What You’ll Learn

  • Practical sales and communication skills in a digital environment
  • How live-commerce and retail operations connect behind the scenes
  • Experience in sales, marketing, customer engagement, and e-commerce strategy
  • How to communicate clearly, think on your feet, and thrive in a fast-paced environment

 

Who We’re Looking For

  • Energetic, reliable, and comfortable speaking on camera
  • Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus (whether you worked in retail, food service, or ran your own side hustle!)
  • Able to work at least 20 hours per week and maintain strong work ethic
  • Curious, adaptable, and excited to grow with a creative, fast-moving team
