Growth & Operations Analyst (San Francisco)
About InstaLILY AI
InstaLILY AI builds vertical AI Teammates (InstaWorkers™)—autonomous, role-based AI workers that execute revenue-critical work end-to-end inside a company's existing systems. Coordinated by InstaBrain™, our shared company intelligence layer, InstaLILY transforms fragmented data, inboxes, ERPs, and CRMs into reliable execution.
The Opportunity
We are expanding to San Francisco and hiring a founding Growth & Operations Analyst to build our West Coast presence. You will own the SF market development strategy, build our regional client pipeline, and establish the operational playbooks that scale nationally. Working in close partnership with our New York headquarters, you will have direct access to the founding team on strategy, customer engagement, and execution.
This role offers direct mentorship from our CEO and COO on enterprise deal cycles, product strategy, and scaling operations. You will gain exposure to high-stakes decisions across GTM, partnerships, and company building. There is a clear path to Chief of Staff or GTM leadership as the office scales. Your success will directly shape how the San Francisco office operates and how InstaLILY executes across markets.
Who You Are
We are looking for someone who moves fast, thinks systematically, and raises standards relentlessly. Our team has a bias for action and results. You should be energized by high-stakes work where your decisions directly affect company trajectory. We want someone hungry to learn faster than a traditional career path allows and motivated to build from scratch. You will relentlessly identify execution gaps, use AI tools aggressively to increase leverage, and prioritize rapid iteration to compound your impact.
Required
- 1–3 years of experience in startups, operations, consulting, investment banking, or similarly fast-moving environments
- Comfort operating in ambiguity with shifting priorities
- Strong bias for action with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable with client-facing and executive-level interactions
- Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to turn insight into action
- High organizational rigor and ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Technical curiosity and willingness to deeply learn AI-driven products
Nice to Have
- Experience working closely with founders or executive teams
- Exposure to B2B SaaS, enterprise sales, or AI products
- Experience building systems or processes from scratch
