This is a strategic, hands-on role. You’ll partner closely with our CEO to grow awareness, drive demand, and improve conversion across our many channels.
What You’ll Do
Demand Generation
- Grow inbound interest on Linkedin via thought leadership ads and appropriate funnels.
- Design and manage campaigns that attract senior product and engineering leaders at target companies.
- Ensure our online and IRL events attract prospective ICPs, and the process for converting them is optimized.
Messaging and Storytelling
- Own pre- and post-event communication email and Linkedin messaging
- Draft Enrich Insights, our weekly insights email derived from events and expert conversations.
- Write or edit marketing copy for email, landing pages, event promotions, and website updates.
Marketing Automation
- Own HubSpot as our unified CRM and marketing automation platform.
- Build automated nurture, follow-up, referral, and lifecycle workflows to reduce manual work and shorten sales cycles.
- Implement lead scoring, funnel hygiene rules, and reporting to bring predictability to the sales process.
- Build automated tracking and follow-ups to ensure referral opportunities don’t fall through the cracks.
Dashboards/Tracking
- Partner closely with the CEO on weekly pipeline reviews, funnel improvements, and strategic priorities.
- Build dashboards across awareness → lead → meeting → close.
- Work with the operations team to up-level dinner experiences and convert attendees more effectively.
- Continually look for processes that can be automated, streamlined, or improved.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of marketing experience
- Experience in Linkedin (social selling), and in HubSpot and building automated workflows.
- Excellent writer with a strong ability to craft compelling emails, posts, and landing pages.
- You think with a funnel first mentality.
- Scrappy, experiment-driven mindset; excited to start small and iterate.
- Ability to be in-person 4 days a week.
- 50 hours a week energy. Our pace is fast, expectations are high, and we’re energized by big goals.
