Student Assistant - Administrative Support (Oakland, CA)

The California Department of Transportation's (Caltrans) Division of Construction is seeking to hire one student assistant to support, in a learning capacity, under close supervision by the Staff Services Manager I, the student assistant, in a learning capacity, will work on a team tasked to administer the property control system for equipment deployed to employees at various Construction field offices. The Student Assistant is expected to become proficient in the following competencies as described below in order to successfully perform the essential functions of the job, while adhering to and promoting the Department's Mission, Vision, Values, Strategic Imperatives and Goals.
