Sales and Onboarding Intern

About the Role

Pay: $300 - $600/month stipend

We’re looking for a motivated and confident Sales and Onboarding Intern to support the growth of URTHWEAR through boutique and retailer outreach. This role is ideal for students interested in fashion business, sales, entrepreneurship, or brand development who want real-world experience helping a modern apparel brand expand into new retail locations. You’ll work directly on identifying potential retail partners, reaching out to boutiques, and helping onboard new stockists into the URTHWEAR ecosystem

 

What You’ll Do

  • Research and identify boutiques, lifestyle stores, and retailers that align with URTHWEAR’s brand and customer
  • Reach out to retail buyers and store owners via email, Instagram, and other channels to introduce URTHWEAR
  • Communicate product details, pricing, and wholesale opportunities in a clear and professional way
  • Track outreach activity, responses, and retailer interest in shared spreadsheets
  • Support follow-ups and help move interested retailers toward sign-up and onboarding

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Interest in fashion, retail, wholesale, or brand partnerships
  • Strong written communication skills and comfort with outreach
  • Professional, confident, and persistent without being pushy
  • Organized and able to manage multiple conversations at once
  • Comfortable representing a brand externally
