Kodely Leader (Menlo Park)

Kodely’s mission defines our team values and we make sure that every person on our team can develop from ongoing professional development, training and leadership, and feedback. 

Kodely runs workshops and camps throughout the year! At the moment we're seeking Kodely Leaders for our School Year Workshops (September -June)! 

Our flexible schedule is ideal for someone looking for meaningful, part-time work. We pay competitively and hours worked can count towards internship credit if needed. No previous tech background or coding experience required! 

Qualification & Skills:

• Dependability and punctuality are a must.
• Strong work ethic.
• Proficient in leadership and classroom facilitation. Ability to follow and implement lesson plans.
• Highly motivated, detailed oriented, and personable.
• Great attitude and enjoy working with and has knowledge of basic needs and characteristics of students K-8
• Must be eligible to work in the United States, be able to pass a criminal background check, and provide a TB Risk Assessment Questionnaire completed by a licensed health care provider

Education and Experience:

• College degree preferred, but strong current undergraduate /graduate student encouraged to apply. For our Junior Leaders we are open to those in high school.
• Strong leadership experience or experience working with kids and classroom facilitation is preferred.

Kodely helps students take their technical skills beyond what they've learned in a classroom setting and apply them to the real world, helping them develop their skills around social-emotional learning.
