Survey Administrator Interpreter (Cantonese, Mandarin a plus)
Seeking Survey Administrator/Interpreter (Cantonese/English; ideally, Cantonese/Mandarin/English). Great opportunity for learning about social research/data collection and supporting community needs!
- Must be fluent in Cantonese and English (native Cantonese speakers preferred) and have excellent communication skills. Must be comfortable asking challenging questions and redirecting conversations. Must be proficient in navigating computers and the internet.
- The role is to administer face-to-face surveys to program participants of a San Francisco social services nonprofit in Cantonese; the survey covers demographics, participant outcomes, service utilization, and satisfaction with services for our elders' nutrition program. Each survey takes about 15 minutes to administer. On-site training and support will be provided by staff.
- Most of the program participants taking the survey are Cantonese-speakers, but a handful speak Mandarin. Ideally, applicants are fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English, but it is most important for us to find Cantonese/English fluent interpreters.

- Fri, Apr 3 - 7:30am-12:30pm
