Operations Associate

Overview:

Simple HealthKit is seeking a versatile and dedicated Operations Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including responding to customer inquiries, supporting manufacturing operations, and handling documentation and fulfillment processes. This role is essential in ensuring smooth and efficient operations across different departments.


 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and order status.
  • Handle customer complaints and issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Assist in the production process, ensuring all operations are carried out in accordance with established procedures.
  • Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
  • Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment, including picking, packing, and shipping of products.
  • Work closely with other departments, such as Sales, Marketing, and Quality Assurance, to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in special projects and other tasks as needed to support the overall operations of the company.


 

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
  • 1 year of experience in an operations, customer service, or manufacturing support role.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA and other applicable regulatory requirements is preferred, but not required.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Bilingual: Spanish-speaking is a plus.
