Business Management Intern | Summer 2026 Opportunity!

United Ventures, a sales and management firm based in the Burlingame area, is now accepting applications for a Business Management Intern. This is a fully onsite internship where you’ll gain real-world experience working directly with customers while learning how sales performance drives business operations.

As a Business Management Intern, you won’t just be sitting on the sidelines. This role places you in the middle of customer interaction, sales execution, and daily team coordination. The Business Management Intern will represent TruConnect’s wireless services at local events and retail pop-ups, while also learning how leaders track results, manage workflow, and grow campaigns. Every Business Management Intern is given the opportunity to build confidence, contribute to sales goals, and understand how businesses scale through performance.

What you’ll be doing as a Business Management Intern:

  • Engage directly with customers at events and retail pop-ups to promote TruConnect wireless services
  • Introduce products, explain service options, and support customers through the sales enrollment process
  • Contribute to daily sales targets by maintaining consistent, high-quality customer interactions
  • Assist with tracking sales activity, customer feedback, and overall campaign performance
  • Support team coordination efforts and observe how leaders manage day-to-day operations
  • Work alongside other Business Management Intern team members to improve sales consistency and execution
  • Represent the company professionally while maintaining a strong customer-first approach

What we’re looking for in a Business Management Intern:

  • Ability to thrive in a performance-driven, team-based environment
  • Professionalism when representing the company in public-facing settings
