🔍 What You’ll Do
- Deliver SINGULAR DEFENSE™ and other branded services with professionalism and care
- Conduct thorough inspections and prep walkthroughs using SPS protocols
- Communicate clearly and empathetically with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Document service visits digitally and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with dispatch and leadership to ensure seamless service delivery
- Represent the SPS brand with pride, integrity, and attention to detail
🧠 What You Bring
- Customer service experience (hospitality, healthcare, or home services ideal)
- Strong communication skills—warm, clear, and adaptable
- Ability to perform essential physical functions, including lifting up to 50 lbs, crawling, climbing, and working safely in attics and crawlspaces (required)
- Tech comfort—mobile apps, GPS, and digital logs
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Background check and fingerprinting clearance required
- Pest control experience is a plus, but not required—we’ll train you
- Those with a hospitality background are a major plus, though not required
