Junior Account Manager

Next Generation Marketing is looking for motivated, outgoing individuals to join our Primo Water retail sales team! This is a fast-paced, high-volume role where your ability to connect with customers directly drives your income and career growth.

Junior Account Manager Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers in a retail or event setting to promote and sell Primo Water products
• Educate customers about product benefits and subscription options
• Upsell additional products and services to meet sales goals
• Maintain a positive, professional presence at all times
• Track leads, interactions, and sales accurately

Junior Account Manager Qualifications:

• Outgoing, confident, and persuasive personality
• Coachable and motivated to learn
• Reliable and punctual with strong communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a team-focused, high-energy environment
• Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
