QZ Solutions, a boutique marketing firm based in the Concord area, is actively hiring a Business Management Intern to join our growing team. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity where you’ll work directly with customers to promote TruConnect’s wireless services while gaining hands-on experience in sales and business operations.

What you’ll be doing as a Business Management Intern:
- Work directly with customers to present TruConnect wireless services and support sales growth
- Learn how to initiate conversations, build rapport, and guide customers through the sales process
- Assist with customer enrollment and documentation while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
- Track daily sales activity and performance metrics to understand how sales targets are achieved
- Support team leaders in coordinating outreach strategy and improving sales results
- Observe and contribute to backend business operations tied to sales performance
- Collaborate with other Business Management Intern team members to improve sales execution
What we’re looking for in a Business Management Intern:
- Interest in business management, sales, or entrepreneurship
- College coursework or internship experience in Business, Finance, Entrepreneurship or a related field is a plus!
- Strong communication skills and comfort interacting with customers
