The Role

Software is eating the world. Agents are eating software.

This is not a role where you fix tiny tickets, sit in standups, and wait for someone to hand you specs.

You build the product end-to-end.

You are half product engineer, half systems thinker. You move fast and ship constantly.

What You Will Own

Product engineering. Build core user-facing features across Skarmy, including onboarding, dashboards, workflows, approvals, task routing, company pages, agent interfaces, and founder-facing experiences.

Company-building agents. Help design and implement agents for product, engineering, design, growth, sales, operations, customer support, finance, and legal workflows.

Agent orchestration. Build systems that break goals into tasks, route work to the right agents, ask for approval, track progress, and keep the company moving.

Backend infrastructure. Work on APIs, databases, workflow engines, queues, integrations, auth, logging, memory, and reliable execution systems.

Frontend craft. Build fast, clean, beautiful interfaces that make users feel a sense of progress, momentum, and control.

Integrations. Help connect Skarmy to tools founders already use, including Gmail, Slack, GitHub, Linear, Notion, Supabase, Stripe, and other tools.

Shipping velocity. Push a real product every week. Not hackathon projects. Not fake intern work. Real features used by real users.

What We Are Looking For

You have built real things before. Apps, tools, bots, websites, agents, automations, side projects, open-source projects, or something weird that actually works.

You care about product, not just code. You notice when something feels slow, confusing, ugly, or unnecessary, and you optimize it.

You think from the user’s perspective. Skarmy is for founders, students, creators, operators, and non-technical people. The product has to feel straightforward.

You have high agency. You do not wait around for permission.

You are unusually good at something. Maybe you built a trading bot, automated your school club, made a viral app, hacked together a tool for your friends, or built something your family actually uses.

Bonus

You have experience with LLMs, agent frameworks, tool calling, RAG, evals, or workflow orchestration.

You built AI products before.

You built products for non-technical users.
 

How We Work

We work five to six days a week at the office.

We go out, decompress, and are human. We really love concerts, KBBQs, founder dinners, and strange experiments.
