The Opportunity

We are scaling our national sales force and looking for a driven Regional Sales Manager to own growth across the Pacific Northwest and broader Western U.S. territory. This is a high-autonomy, high-reward role built for closers who thrive on complex enterprise deals and want to be part of a fast-moving, founder-led company on an aggressive growth trajectory.

You will work directly with KCI's leadership and carrier co-sell partners (Verizon, T-Mobile, AT&T) to generate pipeline, run enterprise sales cycles, and close managed connectivity and IoT deals with mid-market and enterprise accounts.

What You'll Do

  • Prospect, qualify, and close enterprise accounts in retail, utilities, construction, fleet, and public sector verticals
  • Leverage KCI's carrier co-sell relationships (Verizon, T-Mobile, AT&T) to jointly pursue accounts and accelerate deal velocity
  • Sell across the full WINDS™ portfolio — hardware, connectivity, managed services, and AKI AI — positioning KCI as a single-vendor solution
  • Run a structured outbound motion: calls, emails, and LinkedIn prospecting with consistent CRM logging in Zoho
  • Manage the full sales cycle from first contact through proposal, negotiation, and close
  • Collaborate with KCI's ops and solutions team to build custom proposals and pricing models (CapEx, OpEx, MaaS)
  • Maintain accurate pipeline, activity, and forecast data in Zoho CRM
  • Represent KCI at regional events, carrier partner meetings, and customer on-sites as needed

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of B2B field or enterprise sales experience, ideally in technology, managed services, or hardware
  • Demonstrated track record of closing mid-market to enterprise deals ($50K–$1M+ ARR)
  • Hunter mentality — you build pipeline, not just manage it
  • Comfort selling complex, consultative solutions with long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, or similar) and a discipline for activity logging
  • Self-directed, organized, and accountable with high autonomy and high expectations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; strong proposal and presentation skills

Telecom & IoT Experience — Strongly Preferred

Telecom and IoT background is a significant plus and will accelerate your ramp and earning potential at KCI. We give preference to candidates with experience in one or more of the following:

  • Carrier channel or co-sell experience with Verizon, T-Mobile, or AT&T (reseller, agent, or direct)
  • IoT hardware and connectivity sales — routers, gateways, rugged devices, fleet/asset tracking
  • Managed Mobility Services (MMS/MaaS) or Device-as-a-Service deal structures
  • Familiarity with OEM partners such as Digi International, Peplink, Teltonika, or Ericsson
  • Experience selling to utilities, solar, retail, or field-services verticals where ruggedized connectivity is mission-critical
  • Understanding of cellular connectivity models — LTE, 5G, private networks, MVNO/MVNE structures
