Bilingual HR & Administrative Coordinator

Position Summary

BMR Health Services is seeking a highly organized and bilingual HR & Administrative Coordinator to support day-to-day human resources, employee coordination, recruitment administration, and general office operations. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Spanish, have excellent communication skills, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare staffing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources

  • Assist with employee onboarding, new-hire documentation, and HR processes.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
  • Coordinate credentialing, licensing, background checks, and compliance documentation.
  • Assist employees with HR-related questions and provide timely follow-up.
  • Support employee communication, attendance, timesheets, and other HR administrative needs.

Bilingual Communication

  • Communicate effectively with employees, candidates, school personnel, and families in English and Spanish.
  • Provide translation and interpretation support when needed.
  • Ensure clear communication of HR policies, procedures, and employment-related information.

Administrative Support

  • Manage employee files, documentation, forms, and records.
  • Assist with scheduling, timesheet collection, payroll-related documentation, and reporting.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and other administrative materials.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and school district personnel.
  • Perform general office and administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
  • 1–3 years of HR, administrative, recruiting, healthcare staffing, or related experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common HR/administrative software.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in healthcare staffing, education, or a professional services environment.
  • Familiarity with employee onboarding, credentialing, compliance, and HR documentation.
  • Experience communicating with employees from diverse backgrounds.
