Minimum Requirements

✔ High School Diploma or Equivalent Required ✔ Two (2) Years of Pediatric Experience Preferred ✔ Current CPR Certification (if applicable) ✔ TB Questionnaire, PPD, or Chest X-Ray (if applicable) ✔ Must Meet All Federal, State, and Local Requirements ✔ Must Be at Least 18 Years of Age
