Position Overview: 
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in real estate project management, be detail-oriented, and possess strong leadership skills. As a Project Manager at Upside Capital Holdings, you will oversee various real estate development projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to our high standards of quality. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Manage all phases of real estate development projects from conception to completion. 

Coordinate and communicate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders. 

Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans. 

Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to ensure successful outcomes. 

Prepare and present project updates and reports to senior management and investors. 

Ensure compliance with all regulations, permitting requirements, and safety standards. 

Qualifications: 

Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Real Estate, or related field – ongoing or completed. 

Minimum of 1 year of experience in project management, preferably in real estate development – preferred but not required. 

Strong understanding of construction processes and property management. 

Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. 

Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite. 

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
