What You’ll Do

  • Own the Sales Cycle: Prospect, pitch, and close deals with enterprise clients.
  • Demonstrate Value: Present Salv’s AI platform to C-level stakeholders, illustrating ROI and talent solutions.
  • Collaborate & Refine: Work with product teams to customize offerings and relay market feedback.
  • Manage Pipeline: Drive revenue growth through disciplined follow-ups and deal strategies.

What We’re Looking For

  • Problem Solvers: Bachelors (STEM majors preferred)
  • Sales Experience: Prior experience selling in some capacity (door-to-door, fundraising, etc)
  • Strategic & Consultative: Skilled at uncovering needs and mapping solutions.
  • Excellent Communication: Confident presenting to execs and managing multi-layered deals.
  • Team Player: Excels in a fast-paced environment and values collaboration.
