Employee Benefits Analyst

  • Assist in the research and analysis of employee benefits trends and best practices.
  • Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and client proposals.
  • Help coordinate and manage client communications related to benefits programs.
  • Assist with the data entry and maintenance of client benefit plans and records.
  • Shadow senior brokers and account managers during client meetings and consultations.
  • Help prepare materials for open enrollment and benefits communication campaigns.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth execution of benefits programs.
