Project Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a results-oriented Project Manager to oversee the deployment of EV charging infrastructure. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication, coordination, and multi-tasking abilities who are passionate about operational excellence. You will take ownership of the entire project lifecycle — from planning and implementation to client troubleshooting, user behavior analysis, and workflow optimization. You will play a critical role in ensuring that our EV charging projects are delivered seamlessly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full-cycle planning and execution of EV charging station deployment projects.
• Conduct on-site assessments and gather project requirements in collaboration with clients.
• Coordinate internal teams and external contractors to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues raised by clients and end-users.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve and optimize operational workflows.
• Prepare and present operational performance reports to internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate with a degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field.
• Prior project management experience through internships, academic projects, or relevant roles is preferred.
• Self-driven with strong multitasking and time management capabilities.
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-pressure, and occasionally unstructured environments.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong interpersonal skills to manage, communicate, and collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
