Position:
As a member of the SPFA team, this role will play a foundational part in our wealth management process by supporting client relationships. This role will be responsible for providing operation onboarding process and client services while ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a secondary client service contact for existing clients and respond to their inquiries
- Produce quarterly investment statements and process management fees
- Prepare appropriate account establishment documents, transfer forms and other necessary documents for new and existing clients
- Perform new client onboarding procedure
- Answer client phone calls and assist them in account management services
- Responsible for firm's CRM database and social media marketing
- Support new business development and existing business activities
- Conduct office management and human resource tasks in the firm
- Other duties assigned
Qualifications:
- An enthusiastic, proactive and client service-oriented attitude
- A self-starter who can work independently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to focus on details
- Organized, flexible, efficient, reliable, & eager to learn
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Experience in financial services industry, familiar in CRM database and investment performance software, such as Redtail, Orion, is a plus
- College degree in finance, business administration, economics or marketing. Or graduation date in May 2025 is preferred
Compensation: competitive base salary ($70-85k) depending on experience, plus bonus
