Recruiting

• Post positions on external job board sites
• Coordinate and schedule interviews as needed
• Coordinate campus recruitment

• Encourage and enhance company social events, including volunteer opportunities

Administration

• Keep employee personnel records up to date and confidential
• Work directly with LATAM Ops team to support global team in onboarding new employees, sending out employment contracts via Docusign, and record keeping.
