Administrative Officer
Sutton Pierce is seeking an Admin Office Assistant & Records Indexer at our San Francisco location.
This is full time hourly to start and will become a full-time salaried position if the candidate can complete their job effectively. Sutton Pierce is a fast-growing company, and there is a lot of room for growth in this position based on performance.

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Record indexing
- Help prep records to send out and communicate to experts that records were shared or shipped, etc.
- Point-person for records-related issues that experts/clients/SP staff have.
- Office-space organization and upkeep
- Is capable of problem-solving and addressing issues with little guidance, but can seek help when it's needed.
- Calendar Management: Help with scheduling meetings and staying on top of tasks
- Communication/ Point of Contact: Serving as the first point of contact. Handling inquiries. Help with emails, phone calls, and other correspondence.
- Meeting Coordination: Preparing agendas, setting up calls, and managing meeting logistics.
- Document Management: Organizing and maintaining files, reports, and presentations.
- Project support: Assisting with special projects, research, and data gathering.
We are seeking:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of professional experience, preferably in an administrative and/or management role.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Can work well in a team and help manage other team members
- Experience with client/customer relations is a plus.
